What is Pediatric Physical Therapy?
Pediatric physical therapy involves the evaluation and treatment of a child’s gross motor skills, range of motion, postural stability, balance, strength, vestibular, visual and sensory functioning needed to participate in daily activities.
What is the MLee Approach?
Treatment is based upon a plan of care established by the treating physical therapist with the input of the child and family. Therapeutic activities will be uniquely designed to address the child’s functional goals. Our therapists are very skilled in incorporating play into activities in order for children to learn new skills doing what they do best. . .PLAY! They won’t know how hard they are working, but the improvements will be seen! The PTs at MLee evaluate and treat children with the following common diagnostic conditions:
